Good lord that car gets around. I owned it about 4 owners ago. At the time that I had it, it had WS6 wheels all the way around, Hooker longtubes, o/r y witha Hooker cat-back, and it had side moulding with the silver overlays (Trans Am/Pontiac/etc.) At the time, the car was a cam-only car, and was a clean ride. It's been somewhat whored-out lately. I sold it to a buddy, then Nitro Dave bought it, then Evan Perez had it, and now you, lol. Good to see she's still holding up nicely tho.

I owned that car first. That was a good car to me. I did most of the mods to that car. I remember putting in that shift light. I have some pics of what it looked like with 17inch wheels.

 

Yes I bought that car a year ago. The poor car had been through hell.

Here is where it started..

Chris bought the car from Dallas. I think he got it from a car lot. He took really good care of it.While he had it he lowered it,installed the subframes,shift light and a few other bolt ons. He eventually sold it to a guy name Jason. Jason drove the car back and forth from NM a few times. This is where all the rock chips on the front came from. Jason beat on it for a while and sold it to a guy name Jake. Jake put the radio that is probley still in there in the car. Jake decided to put a cam in it himself and did not get the timing chain right. So long story short after bending all the valves he had DC motorsports put another motor in it. The motor came out of one of there employes cars. Jake ran that motor for a while and from what I understand ran it low on oil. So then with another bad motor in the car he sold it back to Jason.. Jason took and sold the motor with all the accessories and bolt ons to someone. The car was sitting in a storage unit.. Then I bought the car from Jason..

The poor car had been through hell but was still a good car.It just needed some loving care .. I bought the motor that is in there now from a guy name Joey. He was the guy that put the last motor in there. Well he had built another motor for his car and was needing the money..
So I bought his motor,long tubes,stage 3 spec clutch all complete with accessories. I then took and droped that in there.. I had to replace missing suspenion parts and bolts,window motors, and throughly clean the car..

The car had found its way back to a nice solid car again.. My wife actually wanted the car but I bought the car to turn a profit on.So with the car back in wonderful shape I sold it to Even. He traded in his totaled 98Z and I think 7000 for it.

I think Even Added the pro 5.0 shifter unless you did..I Know the Jatnzer ported throttle body came off Evens wrecked car. Other than that all the parts on there came from me other than the shift light,radio and sub frames.They were already on the car from when Chris had it..

So long story short the car has been around. It started off in great shape got a little neglected in the middle but found its way back in the end.. You have a great car..I went over that car and fixed everything on it....Enjoy your car..
