wow that is sexy looking. they should've done that for the z06 i think. i agree they should've done that one.

There is a reason they did not make the C6 Z06 a hardtop like that. They found out that the hatch glass produced better numbers in the wind tunnel. That is why it is not like the C5 Z06.

GM should just make it with even more power to compensate for the for the wind tunnel numbers FRC=teh win

No they shouldn't, the car was designed with the racetrack in mind, designers had specific goas relating to the C6R with this car.

the C5 FRC has a higher drag coeffiecient than the coupe C5 also, but the design is lighter and stiffer.

i liked the non FRC C5 better, but i like the C6 FRC a lot better than the C5 FRC for some reason. i dunno which i would like better in C6 form but i like the non FRC for sure.

My dad and brother didn't like the frc's either untill dad caught a good deal on a 99 frc and it grew on him, unlike myself that always liked the frc's..

FRC stands for Fixed Roof Coupe. it was made in 99 and 00. the top does not come off, it is solid, and the rear window is shorter and does not flip it. this structure is more rigid and lighter, in 01 it was carried onto the Z06 models
