that thing would start sweeping the street every time you get on the brakes hard to stop at a yellow light or something, good luck with that

Looks like it's mostly due to the slant it's parked on...

My vette's tires sat about like that in the wheel well too, but the scrape gaurd wasn't nearly that low unless it was on a slant like you apear to be on. Just an observation don't shoot me down..
