Me too. I highly suggested to the customer that his next mod is headers. That's on stock manifolds! Also, the boost lags which works as a nice traction control. If you want to build boost quickly you need to keep the rpms up.

Back in september i saw a procharged c6 dyno at like 455 rwhp with stock manifolds on 6 psi. It was supposedly the first procharged C6, my buddies shop did it....

Good, that sounds about right. We had some lower numbers as the intercooler started to heat soak. They're going to vary a lot based on IC temps.
