It looks like the hood of a ws6 was blown up and the front end melted and deformed

It looks like that sniper body kit on the front with that drag race cowled nose scoop hood. But umm, you'd think if he was so into the appearance and detail, especially on the front end, there wouldn't be a license plate there ...
