Default 5mp camera how to resize?

I want to post some pics of my car on here, but the files are way big and I haven't found a good way to re-size them and make them look decent. All help appreciated.

If you have Microsoft Office installed, you can used Picture Manager to do a quick resizing. Use the "Edit Pictures" or you can use Microsoft Paint that comes with all version of Windows and use the "Stretch and Skew" function

I have tried Paint to resize mine. But how do you use the Select tool? You have to drag it around the photo before using the Stretch/Skew feature, but the trouble is, my photos are about twice the size of the screen. I can't seem to figure out how to drag past the edges of the screen - I can only seem to drag within the screen which crops the picture. Any ideas???

You don't need to select the image. Just open the file in paint, go to Image - Stretch/Skew then type in the same percentages for horizontal and vertical stretch. 50% for half the size, 25% for a fourth of the size, etc.
