He hit 198, if you look at the tach, there is quite a bit more in that car, stock.

It's actually 190. So the car still hasn't been "topped out" heh

The speedo looks funny at the bottom, because the numbers are stacked up on top of each other. Look where the 180 tick is, and it's the next tick you see. 200 is actually BELOW where it says "200" on the speedo.

Either way, that's pretty cool.
