i'd imagine it's there for ***** and giggles, if not well then i'd like to see what they have in store for it, and they might want to invest in something...anything...that will cut down on turbo lag....then again, depends on their application.

and well, i'll state the obvious...that's a big damn turbo.

That's the biggest turbo I've ever seen. It looks just comically large in (well partially) the engine bay, I laughed so hard when I saw it.

Rofl these ricers what do they think that the motors are invinceable. Dam a v8 would have a hard time spining up that turbo.

That car is from a shop called TPS. I'm pretty sure this was just a test and they'll be putting back on whatever turbo came off. Here is a quote from somebody that works at the shop posted at another site:

"I am somewhat aprihensive about posting this vid, cause it looks like there is a tumor growing from the side of my motor, but here it is. A 95mm with a 105 ar, and a front housing that is 13.5 inches in diameter. We test just about anything."

I can't see that thing making any power before say..... 10,000rpm. Those cars make sick power but that lag on that beast would be terrible. Mark it up... Another 12 second 1200hp Supra. Wouldn't run it from a roll though.

Funny, I don't see the big ugly turbo anywhere. We are talking about that big turbo not the car without it.

It's set up for drag racing. Not like it would run shitty with that big *** turbo on it.

Sadly true.

When I first came to this board I saw that everyone knew a boat load about the cars on this board. I hoped that most would also have a basic knowledge of other cars as well. Sadly my theory has proven wrong. Not only do they now knwo much they tend to have the tough guy attitude about. I am sure that since I spoke down upon this board I will be told to take my ricer as back to my board. Oh well.
