no you turn the line lock off and the front brakes are no longer enguaged. it just probably looks like it is gradually released because the wheels are spinning so fast it doesn't grab traction for a while.
nice car BTW

I have my SLP line lock just sittin on the garage shelf still..
Im just trying to figure out exactly how it works before I put it on. I know the idea behind it.
Me (A4 guy), I want to be able to control my breaks with one foot and smash the gas with the other. I wanna creep forward out of the burn out box with just releasing a little less break pedal (with my foot) but at the same time, have no rear breaks ingaged.
I guess like a break stand with out having the rear calipers engaged and having control of the front brakes..
So yours is just on/off and thats it?
Sorry to hi-jack here.

its fine ... i think with what your looking for is an a4 ... lol ... but line lock is the best way to have control of your back breaks being free while holding front .... yes its just the switch i have the exact same kit that you have sitting in your garage .... there really isn;t a gradual way to do it .... sorry if i don't make much sense i'm not sober

the line lock will lock the front brake, and then you can get the tires turning, and then flip the LL back off... your tires already spinng will force you to creep out of the box. install it and smoke the tires already.
