Good LS1 bolt on comparison video
My brother's car is in the far lane, mine in the near. He gave me the jump from a 1st gear roll and had me reeled in by 2nd. My car is a 98 with a lid and catback, his is an 02 with LT's, lid and a catback. Mine traps 107 his 114.

I believe a bolt-on + gears M6 LS1 is good for 115 mph trap speeds, the important key is that it's well driven and has some good DA. You have to beat the **** out of your gear box to run your best time in a M6, that's just the way it is.
I'm at 112.75 mph with no tune, ls6 intake, ported tb, pulley, or weight reduction. Those mods should be good for around 30-35 rwhp, which in turn would be at least 3 more mph.
The DA for the day was +400, I could get even better DA here in October.

Well his car has the LS6 intake since it's an 02 which helps but yeah the car runs consistant 113-114. We are at sea level here so that helps too. I think it has a diablo handheld on it but not sure how much thats worth.

The LT's are QTP's.
In the picture above, the silver (mine) one was a sprayed/cammed LT1 running bottom 12's at 119 and the black one was a cammed LT car running 12.3's@114, but like I said this was years ago.
