His brakes won't be hot because he wasn't even touching them. Re: NICE BURNOUT!! Well I guess I can answer all questions cause is was me doing it. It was at SLP Customer Appreciation Days at Ennis, TX. Yes I do have line-lock. Yes I hit 4th gear. No - no cutout. SLP long tubes and Loud mouth. Have done many burnouts - have a buddy who gets me old 16" tires to burn up for the events. I tried 5th earlier but my clutch wouldn't hold!! <img border="0" alt="[bang head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" />

Re: NICE BURNOUT!! I actually go through the gears more for the croud. Most cars in burnouts are automatics and have a hard time getting outa second gear, you know this by listening to the car. But when I go throught he gears you can hear all 4 gear I go through - so you know I'm in 4th and can imagine "how fast does 4th gear go?" Well it goes about 130mph with a 3.42 rear. I just love having fun and hearing that crowd cheer and screem. God love it all
