That pretty damn funny.
The ricers around here do that crap in the Best Buy parking lot late at night. We wash a race car next door to best buy at a carwash late at night, and the ricers are always TRYING to rip around the parking lot.

For the people that didnt stick aroudn to the end of the vid they drag teh civic to a stop sign to make it look like the 3000gt just smacked him when comin through a stopsign lololol. I dont see anythign wrong with what tehy did. I used to love rippin around a parkin lot. Although i wouldnt do it when someone else was doin it unless I was in my beater. Then its all good!

I think that would have resulted in one of those kids taking a visit to the local ER....
This remindes me of the S2000 a while back that was racing threw the mountians and then slid off destroying it. They tried to claim it as an accident but his buddy was dumb enough to post the video on the net and the insurance company found it and said "you get to pay for the car" LOL.
Since the cops have seen the video I am sure the insurance company will get it and make them pay for it (even they even have full coverage) then will drop them both and they will both have to pay out the butt every month for insurance.
Honestly if it would have been me I would have showed the cop the footage.
I have heard of cops around here look at it and can and will use it against you.
