How did you chip your piston, and did you fix the tranny?

I have a Vette with similar setup! I have ran a best of 11.01 at 128mph with 1.64 60ft. Now my clutch is gone and I need to send it to Mcleod to have them rebuild it. Then maybe I can run a 10.XX.....

the number 7 piston i think just overheated, i think bogging right when i hit the spray might have helped it. my o2 voltage was good, the car never leaned out, so i dont know.

i was going to get the tranny fixed but then the piston chipped

im pretty sure its just the syncros, i want to upgrade to the newer style ones.

i guess i have a lot to look forward to next year

thanks, next year should be worth watching because it hopefully will be a quicker car. and i want to use a different program to use to edit the vids, windows movie maker is limited to the things you can do
