The tune on that car was real shitty. Whoever was tuning the car had absolutely no business tuning it. I have seen these motors with more miles make more then 500whp on a stock bottom end with a bigger turbo.
I actually have a talon that I am restoring, but I am currenty in the process of purchasing another SS LS1, hopefully soon here because I certainly miss my old 99 SS.

its funny, as soon as it hit peak boost they would let off, running over 35 PSI, stock long block, even if it made 500+ it wouldnt mean a thing since it wouldnt be useable or maintainable
