Well cant say much except I have the same exact car as your friend if his is AWD, I have the white leather int too. It sounds good.

 

it is AWD, he recently did a JDM? motor swap or something along with pretty much a magnaflow muffler and manual boost controller and ran like a 13.9 i think. he would do more but he is a poor college student and owning a DSM already costs alot....

 

Probably swapped it out for a 6-bolt motor, yeah I just recently put a new turbo and manifold which I ported out to cure some boost creep, and a 3in Apexi turbo back exhaust. They are exspensive to keep running but there pretty fun to drive when you dont have the money for an LS1.
