This Is Pissing Me Off

Ok so i made a picture compilation in windows movie maker (first time) and i saved it and it wont let me save it as a .wva or any file format compatable for video sharing websites. Does anyone know how to get it to change the file format!! i worked on trhis comp for a week and now it's pretty much worthless if i cant find a way to show you guys
