2009 NEW Camaro Pics and Vids!
Since there's a lot more people that check this forum than the 2009 Camaro forum, I decided to post it over here.
I'm having trouble getting the pictures to upload, so just check back for them. I was at Daytona and Chevrolet had the new Camaro on display. For some reason they had fake brake rotors on the car. Car definitely looks much better in person than in pictures or videos, first time I've seen it in person. Nice enough to were I would buy one. Hopefully the production car doesn't have those fake plastic exhaust tips.

Check back for the pictures! I took some from underneath the car.

Aside from the huge wheels, fake rotors, and fake plastic exhaust tips, I think the car has potential. They just need to touch it up in a few areas.
When I was there, I over heard one of the workers talking to someone, I think he said the LS2 was going to be the standard for the car. If the sells were good, they might look at offering a 6 banger. Anybody know if this is true? I would kind of like that as it doesn’t seem like a real muscle car with a 6 banger under the hood. On the price, he was talking about the slowstang and said it would be competitive with it.

I'm afraid it's going to be heavy like all of the other new cars today. I like the car, but not sure about the rear side. Regardless, it's mine as soon as it hits the showroom floors.
