adobe photoshop 7.0 help!!!!!!!!

I need some help. for some reason lately when i try to use the hues or the curves tools I get this eye drop look alike tool that appears on the top left part of the page and freezes my photo shop. it wont let me use any other tool anyone know how to fix this?

You want my honest opinion?? I'd say go with a wider polished lip to better pronounce it...such as a z06 motorsport wheel or a black zr1 from afs. they both have nice wide polished lips that would look sweet on your white car
