Not a problem. Sigs are fun to do

And +1 on what HoLLo said. Its photoshop people, if the images of rims and parts you supply aren't the same angle they won't work worth a crap, and as for color changes you can do basic colors, and thats only with a HIGH quality picture. Post big pictures that are not grainy, and NO cell phone pics.
