If your engine isn't that bad, just use gunk engine degreaser and a pressure washer. I degrease my engine about every 1000 miles because I want it to stay clean and looking good.
Any auto store sells it, depends on how much you wanna spend.

My LS1 engine bay was very modest. It was a leased car with minimal mods and
street radials. It ran consistent 11.50-11.60's @ 121mph though which is solid given
the lack of mods and the raceweight.
Here's the Cobra...still no new pics since it's 20 friggin' degrees here still.
