Flanker is the SU-27, I'm guessing it would be about equal to an F-15C (depending on which version)? And the plane you are talking about is an S-37, it was purely a demonstrator.

The pics are from the Langley airshow. The F-22 is 20 years ahead of the Flanker in avionics and weapons technology, and our pilots are second to none. The Flanker is a cool plane to see.
