I agreed it was a good pic, but totally out of the LS world related, and there were plenty of better pictures.
Somebody fair would choose the best, not the one you like.

man you guys are brutal. its the "Pic of the Month" contest. nowhere in the rules does it state it HAS to be LSx (there IS a rule saying one entry per person which got broken by several people last month). the picture is not THAT bad. true there were better pics IMO, but this one isn't that bad.
if you don't like the way pendragon judges this contest there's one easy way not to get "screwed"....don't participate. with all the bitching you guys do about this contest (wawa he uses photoshop, wawa a non-lsx vehicle won, wawa my camera sucks and i can't compete with these other guys) it wouldn't suprise me one bit if it disappeared.

yeah there is no rules saying that it had to be ls1 based, i liked his pictures VERY much and told him to post one up!!

Thats what makes this site different than the neon, supra, evo, etc. sites. It was made for car people who love cars. Yes its based off a certain type of motor, ok so since its "LS1"Tech we must take out everything and everyone that does not own an LS1. So that means no pictures of GTOs unless they are the '04, or definetly no pictures of LT1 based cars since they don't have an LS1. Read the title its Sep. Picture of the Month, not LS1 Related Picture of the month. If you want to act like a child and whine when someone doesn't post up something thats related to the forum, go join the ricer sites or evo sites. Yes you may never see a pic of an f-body, corvette, etc. on their forums but thats because they act like a bunch of kids. So if you want to act like a child log out and go register somewhere else. The same way as there is always someone faster than you, there is always nicer picture than yours. In this case this is a good looking picture, if you don't think so get your *** off the computer and go take some pictures and be the pic of the month for october.

This picture is an HDR shot with tone mapping applied in photoshop (that's why you see a blurry tree due to the wind from 3 different exposure shots). The light rays were actually done by accident and wasn't even intentional. It came straight from the camera, nothing else was added other than the tone mapping to bring out the colors.
