Alrite guys, this is the car in my sig. Some might notice the sail panel is the same color as the car. Reason being for this, the car used to be a V6 a couple of years ago. As for comments on the hood, you'll be pleased to know I'm picking up an OEM SS hood Friday. Anyhow, like the vid states, it's a cold start, car had a bit of trouble turning over as that's an on again, off again thing with this thing. Sometimes it turns right over, other times it takes a second. Exhaust setup is a Borla catback, with a QTP ORY and some Pacesetter LT's. Engine wise LS6 intake, TR230/236 cam, and some Patriot 5.3 Stage 2's. Car made decent power without a Fast90/90, which I plan on pickin' up soon. Anyhow, let me know what you guys think.

How cold was it outside? My car does that if its around 20deg or below.

We have (or will) similar mods. I'm an A4(98) with TSP stage 2.5 5.3 heads Tr224/112cam and aported 90/90 I put down 417rwhp 407 rwt(corrected). Before the heads and ported 90 I put down 349rwhp. I have a new bigger cam going in soon close to yours its a 232/238 612 606 111lsa I hope it bumps my numbers up some with this cam and slp pullley I got.
Your car sounds great!!!! I hope mine will sound like that.

It'll sound pretty mean. My numbers are without a Fast 90 and UD pulley, I need both to prolly get into the 430 range or so, hopefully. I'm told it's possible. Thanks for the compliment.

Well I should be in the 430's,but hoping with the new cam and slp pulley I can break the 440 mark. Atleast I have an idea what it will sound like.

Yeah with the ported 90 I figured you'd be into the 430's, but I'm sure the car pulls hard, just like mine. An UD pulley I've heard is an absolute must, frees up a few essential hp. If I can just break 430 with the FAST and the pulley, I'll be happy....For a while. Guess I can always spray the kit on it too.

The car pulls hard,but with just a 224/224 cam I'm leaving alot on the table. So Pat g specced me out a 230/236 612 607 111+2.He said it will give atleast 15-20rwhp over my set up now(just cam).I figure if I throw in a pulley it will def give me 20 or so rwhp.That would be 437rwhp at minimum,but hoping for 440rwhp. The actual cam specs after receiving my cam were 232/238 612/606 111.

I think with a ported fast and pulley you'll hit 440rwhp. What size shot you runnin? Nitrous is my next step after I get my cam and pulley in

Hey john I ran a tr 224 114 lsa cam with the same mods as you and cam only i pulled 375 that was with an ls6 intake but thats a big difference. Good luck with the 90/90 it isnt hard.

When I was cam only with an ls6 intake i put down 349rwhp,but I'm an A4. Added tsp heads and 90/90 now at 417rwhp so 68rwhp gain. With the heads and intake heads gave 40rwhp and ron(Vengeance) said I would get 27rwhp with the 90/90.Pretty much nailed it to me. when my car was a DD the tr224 was(and still) a great cam,just looking for more N/A power before I spray.Hoping to break 440rwhp with the bigger cam and puley
