saw a picture of one on ferrari chat that made it to top gear of one on the back of a truck in russia . you would have to see the pic as the truck it is on looks like something off of sanford and son .
also there is a neat tope gear where they use a track in the corner of germany that was placed in a no fly zone back during the days of the cold war . the oval track has a 7 mile straight that was use to get up to the 250+mph (gps confirmation) mark just to prove it can do it's advertised 250mph rating . with 4 turbos running low boost numbers of around 4lbs if i remember right and 1000hp is really neat .
the car was made as a enginering excerise for vw just to prove they could make such a car . new they were selling a bit over one million but were costing 2.5 million to actually build . talk about a good deal !

my thoughts exactly ! imagine if one us had one we would be trying to raise the boost and every other trick . of course they were conservative on everything to play it safe for reliabilty .
