How to make aviator proper size I am trying to make a custom aviator picture. No matter how small I make it the smallest I get is 28.4 Kb how can I make this so that it is ok to use.

Aviator? I think you mean avatar.
You might try opening it in IrfanView (www.irfanview.com) and choosing to lower the save quality when given the option.
