Leave out the spaces for the flags of course.

Re: How do I post a pic that I scanned? Ok here we go..what do I type to get it into http:// format?? It is a jpeg file. DO I have to convert it or something? Sorry, Im computer ingnorant.

Re: How do I post a pic that I scanned? You need to upload it to some site that can host pictures for you like www.cardomain.com and link it from there and then do like what PendragonZ said.

When you are going to link the picture you cant be in it like you would if you were editing it. Go into it like any other person would view it (while your editing just click on "view personal page" and then right click on it and copy and paste the image address.
EDIT - I see what you were doing now. You cant link it off the address in the internet address area up top it has to be the address when you right click the picture. And no spaces
