Default Differences between PhotoShop 6 and 7?

I've been using PS6 since it came out and enjoy it. What upgrades did 7 come out with? Anything worth upgrading for? Hopefully the programs are very similar to use, I'd hate to relearn sofware just for some upgrades.

I've not used 6, but I've seen a tutoral on 7 which
has a new brush called the healing brush.
The way it was demonstrated, was this guy had a picture of
himself, had a some bumps on his forehead. Using the clone
tool to hide this, you can clone from another area, but the color might be off.
The healing tool will take the texture from the cloned area, but use
the coloring surrounding the new area to make it blend in.
