he's brain dead and kept alive by machines, can't even breath on his own
and also i would rather be dead then be broccolli for the rest of my life. 
Funny how people hate so much. He made a mistake that could of happened to many people in this forum. Know he has to live with it and its consequences. Must people just hate on him because he had it so easy, so they use this as an excuse to keep hating. Im sure the passanger was well aware of what was going to go on, but i feel for the loss for his family. The worst thing that can happen is lose someone close to you.

wow... similar situation happened here not too long ago, just not with celebs... a couple of my friends were goin down a side road after school and one of the kids was being careless... swerved off the road and overcorrected and ended up flipping the car and cleanly landing the front windshield perfectly parallel with a pole... the driver was fine and left the hospital in about an hour, but the passenger is still in a coma, and they actually had to take part of his brain that had fallen out from the hit and attempt to put it back in and hope it slowly grows back... and this happened over a year ago now, and he is still in a coma...
its just tough to see how some of your friends think they are invincible and can do anything, and the next minute they are in a hospital bed with friends and family crying over them...

**** happens here is my old WS6 I was cut off on the autobahn doing 160.
But looking at my pic and his that shows he had to have been haulin. But I was the only person in the car and I avoided all other cars to keep from hurting anyone else I walked away unharmed.

Yea that car is messed up. I heard this is why the Hogan's are getting divorced, so that she gets half of everything and then when the kids parents sue Hulkster they will only get half of what he has so 1/4 of what hogan does have will go to the kids parents pretty much. But they deserve it, I feel bad for that poor guy

this was a perfect example of why you shouldnt **** around when there are other people in the car with you. id never put anyone's life in my hands. we all do stupid things so im not clowning Nick for racing but should've thought a little more about things before he let this happen.

LOL that car was sick. Ugly color, far from a piece of crap. Wouldn't expect anything more from a TROLL...
I heard the above story was correct about the divorce.
I also heard the passenger passed away. Any body else hear/confirm that?
I've never been impressed with his driving ability. Without his familys money he would of never been.
Can't hate him for it. Certainly does make him look stupid now. Could happen to any of us, but just shows what a bad decision can evolve into...
