Because no shop on this planet, especially one that nice, allows the customer to drive the car into the bays. Its a HUGE liability as you can see there. That was an employee that did that, not a customer.

I don't know where you have gotten your oil changed but almost all of "those" types of shops around here have the owner drive their own car in. Maybe it is different around you.

I have yet to get an oil change at a shop were they have you drive your car in. Then again, I don't go to get my oil changed at shops very often unless I don't feel like dealing with getting under the car.

All of the Auto Oil Changers around here the customer drives there car into the shop. It's a drive through service. In this case the blame probably will go on the shop, because they didn't have there safety grates in place so as to prevent such an accident. Stupid driver as well, almost looks on purpose.
