Well I would run at night, but since my police academy test coming up starts at 730am, I need to get my body use to getting up early and running. Plus when you run or do cardio in the morning, you burn more fat because your stomach is nice and empty from your sleep. So the only thing left is your fat cell reserves.

But my old highschool allows running in the fieldhouse from 6 to 715am, so I will be over there tommorow morning.

Xmas shopping is for the day after Thanksgiving. It's the busiest shopping day of the year.

What happened to the old avatar? I like how it had the lighting effects. This one is cool also, but I like the lights

Apparently there was a new size limit put in on avatar's
after I had loaded mine. I'd have to redo it to get it below
the size limit.

Ya I am alive, just got a little side tracked with my police test. I'll be around heavily for the next week but for december, I won't be on here as much cause I will be working for winter break.
