bad deal

hey everyone I posted a wanted ad on here for an LS6 intake about three weeks before christmas. 167CAMARO responded saying he had one for sale. So i put my parents on it for my gift. sent him 300 dollars and he sent it after i seen the pics he sent me first from what i seen it was a real LS6 intake. It came and it fu$king wrong its a ls1 intake off a 97-00 vette even after he said it was off a 01 vette. It has no egr hole but has not got the flat floor that ls6's have. Sent him email wanting money back and he said the best he could do for my parents was to send us 6 payments of 50 dollars lol. That was almost 4 weeks ago and we have no money yet and he's not responding to our emails and we never did get his phone number because he said to us he dosent give personal info over the internet.
