Ripped off by rpmoutlet.com I ordered the pully set from this store online. The online credit card part wasn't working correctly. So I emailed the customer service and asked If I could order that pully set and pay with paypal.
He said sure and gave me the paypal account for the company (it was verified).
That took place on september 2nd. The guy, George Pastran, told me it would ship out on the 3rd....
Two weeks later I email, Barbra says she doesn't have a record of my order and if I could give an order number.
George didn't give me one.
Now no one will return my emails, and they don't answer the phones.
Any suggestions or advice??

Give them all the info you have (paypal stuff), emails, etc. And tell them if they cant come to a conclusion by XXX date, you will let a judge decide for them.
Tip # 2:
DONT USE PAYPAL FOR ANYTHING EVER!
No matter what anyone says, paypal is the easiest way to get ripped, or be the ripper. Their dispute system is flawed, and they have laughable customer service. Its all fine until you need to talk to a human... About your money... Thats in some Nigerian bank now...

Re: Ripped off by rpmoutlet.com Paypal has a dispute section, fill it out, and they will place your money back into your account. It might take 20-30 days, but its better than not getting any money.. I've had to do this twice already!

best way to pay for anything from an unknown Company is a M/O and sent it using USPS.

Re: Ripped off by rpmoutlet.com Man thats why I dont use paypal. One day I signed up for Paypal and they charged me the 1.50 activation and they didnt activate my account or anything, never heard from them but they deducted.
