Screwed over by ru_ssmaro I sent ru_ssmaro a Money Order at the beginning of this month for an F-Body engine harness (my pay pal account wasn't up yet). He gave me his name, address, and phone number. After receiving delivering confirmation through USPS, he did confirm receipt of the money and said it would be shipped out the next day. I have not had contact with him since. No response to messages on here, left a message with his mom over the phone, the number is now not in service, etc.
For this project, the amount of money was a drop in the bucket, but still for him to make this big of a deal about not sending the package and going out of his way to avoid me.... it just shows me what kind of character he is.
Watch out for him!

Gather your Money order receipt & print out all of your internet conversations & sale agrreement that you made with him. Then contact the local police department in his town & fax them the details including address, phone number (doesn't matter that it is dissconnected) e-mail address, LS1Tech handle, everything you can think of. You will get your money back & he will answer for his criminal act.
