Another week and nothing.

 

I'm giving this kid another 2 weeks and then I am filing a suit against him in Texas. I know he won't show up so I guess it will just go against his credit as a lien. I'd rather just have him do the right thing but I guess thats too much to ask.

 

7 days down, 7 more to go before I file suit. Still nothing from the seller.

 

Times up........ I gave it a little extra time and still nothing. See ya in court kid.

I've sent notices but nothing so far. He's just a little kid so I'm not expecting to get much if anything from his little ***. Maybe, if I am lucky I can ruin his credit over it.
