I'm giving this kid another 2 weeks and then I am filing a suit against him in Texas. I know he won't show up so I guess it will just go against his credit as a lien. I'd rather just have him do the right thing but I guess thats too much to ask.

He needs more than his *** kicked. At first I thought it was a simple mistake from a kid that didn't know better. Now after months of this crap, no money, no parts and no contact, he's just a plain liar and scammer.

I've sent notices but nothing so far. He's just a little kid so I'm not expecting to get much if anything from his little ***. Maybe, if I am lucky I can ruin his credit over it.
