Don't buy anything from Mike Tuggle. In Sept of 2009, I paid for a set of headlights from him. He shipped them out, but claims they came back damaged. In an email dated 9/9/2009, he said he would refund the $100 through Paypal.

After waiting a month, I filed a dispute action with Paypal, they agreed with me on the action, but since I didn't buy from ebay, they couldn't help me with a refund. I think they suspended his account.

All emails to Mike have been returned with excuses and now they are being ignored.

So, don't do business with this dirty rat.

 

Michael Tuggle has come up with the $100 !!! Paypal has informed me the money is back in my account.

He did keep his word, but took him almost 6 months to do it.

So, all is good now....
