I had one of the guys here that does all our UPS shipping dig out the shipping info.
UPS ground picked up the box here on the 18th. The scheduled delivery date on it has changed several times as i seems UPS is horribly behind for the holidays, I dont see it even getting into the computer for a couple days from when it was picked up. Plus the shipping date has changed several times from christmas eve, to friday, now today when i checked it shows Jan 2nd!! geez...
Brians & his mrs, tracking # sent over.... I do apoligize for ruining the christmas present, if there is any other parts you need id be happy to give you an unbeatable deal on them to make up for it and save you some more money on other parts.
If people arent going to order from a shop because 1 in 1000 parts shows up a week late due to some ups holiday backlogging, then i wouldnt want those customers...
Another moral id hope you guys would realize, None of you hear about the 1000's of successful local/internet sales someone does, but when you do hear ONE thing, it is blown out of proportion and a shop could lose buisness because of one minor thing. that seems highly unfair no?

2.This started in November it has been way longer than a week.
3.We are all human and we all make mistakes, it is how you handle those mistakes.
4.if indeed this Last Week was a UPS mistake then they should Send out a written explaintion of what happend esp since La-Toy Motorsports is a customer of theres and they value there business.
A company just starting out on this or any board needs to make sure they do everything Right untill they establish a good Rep.. If something goes wromg it needs to be fixed even if it means taking a bath because future sales mean more than the present

I sent a package UPS today from a very dinky UPS store at 5:00 PM today. I just checked my tracking number and went into the system at 6:30 PM today. In other words, it took 90 minutes for it to show up.

LS1Tech is pretty critical of their sponsors, which is why we feel comfortable going to bat for them when things go wrong. We like to have good, close relations with them in the event a problem needs to be solved -- whether that be an issue with a customer, staff, or even another vendor. Its also LS1Tech policy to allow folks to express their praise AND their problems with a vendor (sponsor or not) as long as it doesn't turn into a flame fest. We protect our sponsors by removing advertisements from non-sponsors as well, since they're obviously paying for that privilege.
