What is the normal time I should wait for an item to be delivered, once the item is paid through paypal?

I was told it will be shipped twice already and I recieved no tracking info yet.

I want to give the benifit of the doubt here.

I would give about a week unless other circumstances are discussed at time of
The sale. If seller in question has already lied twice about it being shipped, than i would make a paypal dispute and make a negative seller post for seller in question.
Don't wait to long and run out of time to file a dispute wit h paypal. I think its 45 days.

If you bought something small that is being shipped through the postal service, it can take as long as 1-1/2 to 2 weeks to receive. They're terrible sometimes.
If it's something bigger that was shipped through fedex or UPS you should receive it within a week.
I would go with those timeframes. If you don't receive it within them, contact the seller & tell him if he doesn't get things worked out, you'll be filing a claim.
