You realize what a deposits for right? I passed on 2 offers more than yours in good faith. Then out of the blue you can no longer buy the car.

Then we come to the agreement that ill issue a refund after the sale of the car in the amount of anything over 6700. Which I believe is VERY fair.

Then I see we're you're inquiring about other cars for sale. In retrospect I could have had 7800 if I was not good to my word .

Also let's not forget that once you said you couldn't buy the car I even offered to lower the cars price a few hundred dollars more.

 

Also every picture you asked for I sent also made a video for You.I welcome any local to come check out the car in person. Similar cars would sell for a lot more than I'm asking. Also you have my # yet instead of calling you continue to email....

 

That's pretty much the point of a deposit, no offense OP but you should not get the money back.

 

The point of a deposit is to put a hold on a sale item. (buyer) You should know that most deposits on vehicles (even at car dealers) are non refundable. (seller) The non refundable deposit should have been mentioned.
