I bought a manual rack from 1FSTZ71 and it's missing the billet or aluminum piece that holds the rack to the tubular bracket. Also missing both tie rod ends, I send him private messages and he won't reply cause I saw he hasn't visit the board since the 27th of April.

Don't know if I should file a claim with PayPal, or waith for him to come to the board

File a dispute for missing parts ask for a partial refund . You can't say you didn't try to contact him . Save all the pms you sent him. The attempts that you tried . Once you put the dispute it will freeze his PayPal so he has to get back to you . If not they will end up refunding you everything back . That's of course if you didn't send it as gift .

 

Send him an email using his paypal email address. If he doesn't get back with you soon, file a dispute with paypal. Good luck sir!

Oh Hell no, I spoke with chock burkhart. And the tie rod ends $150 the billet bracket $55. That's $205 with out shipping.

I paid $460 + $205 that would bring it up to $665

Scott needs to fix this asap.
