he's a 17 year old kid in illinois that needed help after putting a new motor in and then over revving and bending his stock pushrods. i only wanted $20 for mine shipped. so, he agreed. most of this conversation went over AIM. he was supposed to ship money order at same time i priority mailed him the pushrods. i only shipped 17 out of 18. my mistake. i sent him a scan of the delivery comfirmation sending him the pushrods. he said he forgot to send the money order. i said just drop $20 in an envelope and be done with it. he said ok. the next night he says he doesn't trust his mailman. so he's sending a personal check .never got it. said he would send another one. didn't get it either. said he would paypal me. to this day nothing.

overall i'm not worried about the $6 in shipping i'm out. it's about his integrity and honesty as a fellow f-body owner that concerns me. and yes people if it was for $50 or more, i would not have sent the parts until money received. he's been the only one to not pay me.

ok links are fixed. i finally found his home number and called him. he has told me he has sent the money out in an envelope. i gave him the address again. i'll keep you posted on the subject.

Wooooaaahhhhh!!! I thought this should be closed due to ummm... him recieving his money ummm months ago. I sent 2 person checks and they never made it there... I thought he was trying to screw me over. Happens that our mailman had been out of town and the "new guy" had been trying to make a few bucks on the side. Finally got out good ol' mailman back and sent the cash out a day later... He got the cash 3 days later. So lets keep this closed, Im a good guy and sorry for any mix ups.

Please, Lets just keep this ummm AWAY from the top and lets not get into an argument about this lol. 17 year olds are just as good of buyers/sellers as 40year olds. Everyone will haver good and bad things to say about one another on both sides either being the buyer or the seller. But anyways. I sold him an ls6 intake a week or so ago. I did not ship it untill I got the MO but I got the MO pretty Quik. Not a bad kid from my expeirience!

Well I'm having fun with this guy now. I bought a Hooker off road y - pipe from him... First it took two weeks to ship... No biggy, I can live with that. Then I get it yesterday, and its literally a peice of crap. The one end has been cut off, and the other side where the slip pipe goes is fine, but he didn't give me the slip pipe. It was obviously all rusted, because its been spray painted with grey primer. I haven't heard back from him yet, but this thing is of no use to me.

 

I wouldn't agree w/that... (17 , not charged as adult.. 40 charged as adult) but I know when I was 17 I was honest.... and 95% of the youngsters I know (****... am I that old already!!!! .. i'm 24)j are stand up guys .....

This is bullshit. He sold it to me in good condition, and I get this peice of garbage. I told him I want a refund, or enough money to fix it.
