Ok i ordered a mac y pipe for a 2000 camaro ss, the total was $205.37 so i sent a money order cause i dont have my credit card yet. I sent the money order out on 3-16-2004 i called 2 weeks later and said i didnt have it they told me to call back tomarrow cause the lady that always answeres the phone said her supervisor wasnt in. So i call back but cant get ahold of any one and i was going to leave a message but there were to many and it was full. So i write 2 emails in the next 2 days then call back finally got ahold of the supervisor and he told me i didnt send the right info for the money order, what all do u need to send seriously i just sent the money and a peice of paper that had the part # and the item discription but he told me i needed 2 other things to complete the order. Well a month later i still havent recieved my y pipe so i call back and the guy said he will have it out tomarrow morning and it will be a 3 day delivery, 4 days later i didnt recieve it and called back no answer of course. I call back the following monday and there shut down for computer problems. I keep trying to get ahold of them but cant leave a message cause its full and cant send email cause they dont return them so i just call everyday to see if the so call computer problem is fixed. So theres 2 months without my y pipe or money and i still havent recieved ****, so i call back and the spanish lady there cant speak english very good and i was on the phone for like 30 min trying to let here know what i bought and then i get to talk to the supervisor, he tells me they dont sell the mac y pipe anymore! aint that some ****, so i tell him to give me my money back and he tells me that it will be here in 1 week. 1 week and 2 days later i call back and couldnt get ahold of anyone, so i wait a couple of days. here it is 3 months and 1 week later and i still havent seen ****, so i FINALLY get ahold of them and they tell me my money will be shipped by money order tomarrow morning and will be there in 3 days but if not i will call the better business people and they will get me my money. JUST TO LET YOU KNOW DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THE LADY WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE CANT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH AND THE SUPERVISOR IS ABOUT A DUMB ***.
