i hate to do this but it has come to this now....

a month or so ago i posted up a yank 3500 T/C for sale Snake eater/ will paypaled me the money i let it clear into the account and then i sent it out.....last week i was emailed by paypal that the account the money came out of was under investigation for fraud....2 days later the money was taken out of the account.....so now im with out my 400.00 or the T/C....

so i pm him and tell him what has happed at 1st he was trying to smooth everything out saying that its his account and there is no worries so we agreed that he would fax me the account info for his paypal and bank... well he said it would go out yesterday from his wifes work and i got nothing he saioddd i would get it this morning and i got nothing......so at this piont im pretty pissed i have no money or T/C........if anyone knows him let him know im still waiting to get this all taken care of.....

Burning bridges by going here. I'm going to post up the proof i paid you right here so no one has any doubt i paid your ***. Talk about getting pissed, I dont mind sending you proof i paid and it cleared my account just fine, but i havent even asked for proof that it was taken from your account. I was just going to trust you and try to help you out with what ever problem your having with paypal. I did tell you i would have my wife fax over proof, but do you not watch the weather? We were pounded with a snow storm and she hasnt been back to work yet.

I'm posting up proof, how about you? Where is the proof it was taken from your account? Since you threw my name out in the open i want to finnish my last bit of buisness with you and your company right here in the open.

 

I had a friend come over and help me figure out the scanner.

Here is a scan of the transaction from paypal, from paypal in detail, and a scan of where it cleared my bank. Any questions?

Hey guys, relax a little bit, I used paypal last night and got an E-mail saying that paypal was running real slow and they were doing maintenance to fix it last night @ 11:p.m. If there were any issues it may be taken care of in the next day or so. Be paitient and it may work fine. Just my .02

I had a problem with a PayPal transaction myself last year. It took a couple days to resolve and the problem was traced to something on PayPals end so hang in guys I'm sure that things will work themselves out.
One thing I did notice in Snake Eaters scan of his transaction records was that he has a credit card as a back up account. If there is/was a problem with his bank account would PayPal not have reverted to the credit card for payment?

 

Thats the thing, there wasn't a problem with the checking account. Its my primary source and it cleared just fine. The credit card is a Visa check card for another account i have. Both accounts have a couple G's in them, so i know it went through.

Still waiting on something that says it was taken back out of your account.

Off topic but still - this is why I wait for postal money orders. I use paypal to send money - but as this thread shows , they can mess that up too. Plus they charge a fee every which way you move funds. Life before paypal was rip-off free for me.

 

I know in the other post in anohter section on this board, alot of people were getting the wrong ideas about Snake Eater and I. We are both going through paypal right now trying to figure out how Paypal screwed up. Its neither snake eaters or I's fault, somehow Paypal thinks that somehow snake eaters bank did not authorize it, and When Will asked his bank and paypal, they told him it was fine. So it sounds like Paypal is having some inside issues they need to work out. This will all be worked out, and nothing lost for either party. Should be fine.

But I would like to add, its appropriate for some to just kick back and watch the thread instead of adding comments that dont belong like what I read in the other thread. Its very hard to judge either Will or my shop because neither of us are at fault with this one. thank you.

It wasn't closed for going off topic. It was closed because there was no need for it(AS POSTED IN THAT THREAD). It wasn't even really about the right person. This thread was put up by someone you're dealing with because of a misunderstanding or mishap with paypal. You guys can work it out right here in this thread as it seems you are doing.
