Raise - Bad Buyer! (Resolved)

Raise - Bad Buyer! (Resolved) Not a big deal, but the principal.
I sent Raise a set of stock pushrods for $20 back mid-July. He insisted that I send them asap, so I even paid the extra for priority shipping to ensure a quick delivery. I just told him to send out a m/o when he got them. Again, $20 is no big deal. My shipping was over $7 for it and only getting $13, basically just doing someone a favor.
A couple weeks go by and I send him an email (first week of August). He said he got them and forgot to send out the m/o. Now a month later, I send him emails and no response.
Like I said, $20 is no big deal, but I feel I went out of my way to make him happy with nothing in return. And waisting my lunch hour to stand in line at UPS.
