Default I hate to do this, but.... (resolved)

Its been over 3 weeks since he recieved my $120 money order and over two weeks since I've last heard from him. itSStock00....aka Kenny Malone owes me a Monsoon CD Player and I still have not seen it. Back on September 20th I got my final PM from Kenny, stating that he just got a new job and was sorry about the wait. He said he was sending it FedEx and that I'd have a tracking number the next day. I have sent him 3 PMs since then....no response, and no tracking number. Last time he was online was yesterday. The address I sent the MO to is in Cordova, TN. It does not show up on google, mapquest, or yahoo. I feel bad doing this, cause the thing could show up tomorrow, but I don't think I'm being too unreasonable.....especially after him not responding for two weeks. What are my options?

I've heard of Cordova , I'm wanting to say it's in West TN but I might be wrong.

Yeah, I see that Cordova is a real city in TN, however his address - 1500 Archwood Drive does not show up on any of those sites. I don't know if its a fake or if its new construction. Either way I doubt I'm gonna see that CD player. Do the police handle internet fraud? I will get my money back. He is not getting away with it.

Damn ACW....that my friend is some hardcore research. Remind me to never screw you over Thanks a million guys. I'm going to the local authorities on Monday morning to file a report....unfortunately its my next day off....what a way to spend part of it.

BTW, I have every PM that he sent me except for the initial one where he makes the offer to sell me the CD Player. Based on the information that I have in the other PMs I don't think I'll need it....however is there anyway that the people who run the site can restore deleted PMs?

Glad to help

I don't know if the admins can restore deleted PMs, but I'd think you'd be okay without that first message since there's all those others after it

Great find on myspace!

Another vote for "Not a scammer". I've known him for years and he's a straight up guy. I don't know what the hold up is, but you will get your stuff. As stated earlier he had to go out of town recently and this could account for the delay.

Yet another vote for Kenny not being a scammer.

Bought his console back when he first wrecked that car. He was nice enough to bring it to my work... with another little goodie on it. Then a few weeks later I bought his MAF from him, again he brought it to my work.

He can be trusted. He'll respond in here as soon as he has freetime to do so. Not everyone lives on the internet

I'd love to believe that he's not a scammer, and I apologize if I've jumped the gun on this one. But its been over three weeks since he got my money and I've had two PMs go unanswered when his profile indicates that he has been online. I haven't heard from him in over two weeks. I'm a busy guy too, but I still got the money order out to him in quick fashion, I'd expect the seller to be the same way with the product. If he is in fact a great guy and not a scammer (which I hope is the truth) then this certainly hasn't been a very good selling experience. Hopefully Kenny will get in touch with me soon so we can get this all cleared up.

I thought I posted a reply, I guess not.

I have been in houston for job training, I am going to fed ex right now to ship it! I am sorry for the delay and understand his anger. I am sorry it took so long, just been busy and to be honest forgot about it, I jsut found the money order along with a check from someone else yesterday. I will post a tracking # for everyone to see when I get back.

And ACW I would appreciate it if you would delete that info, thanks.

I agree. While I appreciate everyone on the site looking out for me, it seems as though things have been cleared up. Thanks for everything guys, glad this looks like it will all work out.
