Watch Out For 98redws6mi Guy's name is Chris Downs. He is selling items multiple times via PayPal to drive the price up then refunding back the lower prices. Wow! I've just spent that last hour reading all of that stuff. I was about to jump on the 9" when I read the post. I am so glad that I didn't.
This really sucks that people are doing this crap, especially so close to the holidays where money is tight. As posted on the orignal thread, all of those scammed should be working together with a common law enforcement agency (FBI?) and stick it to him to help out the future scammees. Not to mention that it sounds like those that got their parts back are still out shipping costs.

everyone dealing with him should file a complaint with the FBI, I posted the link above..
