Jeb, Tiburon is asking a perfectly legitamate question in light of all the different issues people have had with individuals online lately. Don't take it personally. He's just being responsible and taking it upon himself to make sure he doesn't get screwed.....wish everyone would do that.
That's fine. He has 2nd dibs until he tells me different, as I had said. I was raised on a small farm by my grandparents where a man's word was his bond ... and mine still is. I was simply saying if he has doubts to let me know and I'll gladly move somebody else to 2nd dibs. I was NOT taking it personally ... just stating my beliefs.
