I had a long post going here before how I thought he was trying to screw me but I deleted it. I was finally able to get in contact with him. He was in the process of moving at the same time he sold me the tach. Needless to say, he didn't have any internet connection during that time. The package was shipped once before but went to the wrong address. The package was delivered today in probably the best packaging I have seen from anyone I've bought parts from, even vendors
I apologize for anything I may have said before. One of those heat of the moment things when you think you are getting screwed over.
