Bought an expensive hood from him. Despite excellent packaging, it was damaged in shipping. 69TA went out of his way to ensure the matter was resolved, and ended in a positive outcome. I would feel confident buying anything from him, including an extemely high priced item such as a car. Rare to find stand up guys these days.
