I purchased a set of lifters from PewterSSZ. They were priced VERY nice, and arrived very quickly, but I found that one of the 8-packs contained a single empty box so I only had 15 lifters. I contacted PewterSSZ on a weekend, and got a reply the same day that he would send out another lifter right away. Not only did he send another lifter, but he FedEx'd it overnight!

Talk about going above and beyond! Great customer service!
