He sold me the wrong offset chrome ZR1's. He didn't have the money to buy them back so we worked out a deal that I would re-sell them to someone else and if I couldn't recoupe all the money, he would pay the difference. Well the difference was shipping of $120 to the next owner and now he pulls the "I'm not paying you $120 to sell your rims".

That sucks man! If he said he'd pay the difference, he should pay the difference! Especially if he knew he sold you the wrong offset rims, which it sounds like he did. I'm sorry to hear that man. I'd like to hear his side of the story, but it does sound like he did you wrong. I hope it's not too big of a set back for you...
